Mediterranean beaches

Mediterranean holidays in Spain

On the Mediterranean coast remains the maxim: Who wants to have fun, get´s fun. Torremolinos, Benidorm, Lloret del Mar belong to the indestructible classic strongholds of “sun and fun” and are bursting with music bars, discos and summery High Life. Those who travel there know what they want.

The same applies to those who are planning trips to Madrid and Barcelona City. The cities compete in a healthy competition for the attention of visitors, each inspires by its own unique way: Madrid with the casual open-air atmosphere around the Plaza Mayor and museum high culture such as the Prado; Barcelona with a stroll down Las Ramblas and the yet unfinished Sagrada Familia, the masterpiece of the Catalan architect Antoni Gaudi.

In the sunny south art and culture lovers can have full delight: the Alhambra in Granada and the Mezquita in Cordoba, built by the Moors, are among the highlights in Europe.

The quality of beaches and sea in the country is often good to excellent.

Malaga overview in Spain

Malaga in Spain

As Malaga Airport is an international airport, it is easy to book a flight to the region. Another reason to come to Malaga is the Costa del Sol with many hotels and hotspots.

For anyone who likes water sports and likes to spend time in nature, Malaga is a very good choice. There is a wide range of activities such as golf, windsurfing, snorkeling and hiking, which allow knowing the city and discovering the surrounding area. At the beach you can spend time to just unwind and relax.

In the evening there are many nightclubs, bars, cafes and live shows. Many holiday resorts organize parties and theme parties for their guests. Even if you spend your vacation in one of the resorts, you can still easily explore the surrounding area with a rental car. Young people love the city because of its diverse nightlife. Most bars and clubs open until the early morning hours, so there is a lot of time to enjoy.

Since Malaga is home to Picasso, one can learn a lot there about his work by visiting the museums in the city. Malaga is also ideal for family holidays, because there are so many attractions to visit. The city offers a wonderful selection of parks, gardens, attractions and shopping areas where you can buy jewelry, fashion and other things.

The summer months are the time when most tourists come to Malaga. For this reason, you should visit the city during early or late summer. This avoids crowded places and gives you the opportunity to savor your vacation even more.

Another great hub! I love Spain because it is a country of so many contrasts. Each region of Spain is unique and so different from the others. I have been fortunate to travel all over the country, and each region I've visited becomes my favorite. You country is rugged, yet plush green in Galicia. Spain is never boring!
