Torremolinos is one of the 100 municipalities of the autonomous Spanish region of Andalusia and a popular resort on the Costa del Sol, which has evolved since the sixties to one of the strongholds of tourism in Spain.

This suburban train runs from Malaga centre to Fuengirola and has stops at Malaga train station, Malaga airport and all the main tourist areas. Public transport in Malaga is quite good what concerns the popular area between Torremolinos and Fuengirola. From Fuengirola unfortunately there are no more trains and the offer of public transport is limited to buses in which the journey can sometimes be a nightmare.
